A new season is upon us!
It’s time to wake from the chocolate coma of Easter and get back on court! Check out where and when your team is playing here. The first weeks of the new season areĀ always an interesting ride. Good luck to all teamsĀ and players – new orĀ old – we all look forward to seeing Team Red strutting their stuff at the Stadium!

As the weather turns and the blankets come out, don’t forget that the 2017 Winter season is just around the corner. A new domestic summer season is just around the corner – can you believe it’s October already?!
With grading taking place over the first 5 weeks of competition, your team’s playing time – and in some instances, where they are playing – may change. Be sure to keep an eye on the Bendigo Basketball Association website to see when your team is back on court.
Remember that all Beavers players need to be wearing our new, sublimated playing strip for the 2016/17 summer season and beyond. If you need to organise a new playing singlet, talk to your team manager or coach…and don’t forget to check out our used clothing list – to add any items that no longer fit, pick up a used singlet, shoes or any other basketball related items.

Looking to take your coaching to the next level? Then this is for you!
The Bendigo Basketball Association and Basketball Victoria are offering a Club Coaching Course on Sunday June 5 at Weeroona College.Ā TheĀ full dayĀ courseĀ starts at 11am, and is the perfect opportunity to learn new skills and coaching techniques from Bendigo’s director of coaching, Jonathan Goodman. The course is suitable for coaches of all levels, looking to obtain formal accreditation. Cost for the day is $155.85 gst included. To register,Ā click here.
